Terms and conditions
The basics of how we quote, get paid and stand behind our work.
These terms apply to use of this website and to work carried out by Speller Building and Construction. Your written quote sets out the specific scope, price and terms for your job and takes priority over this page.
Quotes and site visits
Site visits and written quotes are free and carry no obligation.
Payments
For larger jobs, a one-third deposit secures materials before work starts. The remaining balance is split across three to four stage payments agreed with you in advance.
Guarantees
- All roofing work: 10-year guarantee
- Paving work: 5-year guarantee
Discuss any guarantee arrangements for other services with Michael before booking.
Changes to the work
Any changes you request, or unforeseen issues found once work starts, will be discussed and agreed with you before extra cost is incurred.
Insurance
We hold public liability insurance.
