How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and carry out any work you agree. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Enquiries may be stored in our customer management system. Where a job needs subcontracted trades, we share only the details they need to do the work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email m.speller@hotmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
