Built around the trade, not a sales team
Speller Building and Construction is run by Michael Speller, a City & Guilds qualified bricklayer holding NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Brickwork. The person who visits your home and prices the work is a tradesman who knows how it should be built.
We work for homeowners and commercial clients on extensions, loft and garage conversions, structural steel and knock-throughs, brickwork and repointing, silicone rendering, roofing, driveways, paving, hard landscaping, drainage and groundworks.
Michael works with a core team of four. Where a job needs electrics or plumbing, we bring in trusted subcontracted trades and coordinate them, so you deal with one contact rather than chasing several.
We are based in Maidstone and cover Maidstone, Bearsted, Aylesford, West Malling / Kings Hill, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Chatham and Headcorn, plus wider Kent, London and the South East.

Michael is a City & Guilds qualified bricklayer with NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Brickwork, supported by a core team of four.
How we work
Free, no-obligation site visits and written quotations. On larger projects, a one-third deposit secures materials, with the remaining balance split across three to four stage payments agreed with you.
Guarantees
All roofing work carries a 10-year guarantee and paving work a 5-year guarantee. Discuss any guarantee arrangements for other work with Michael before booking.
